California Privacy Notice
KSMModel.app, a division of KSMModel.ai
1. Scope and Roles
This notice adapts the KSMModel.ai CCPA/CPRA governance baseline to KSMModel.app, a division of KSMModel.ai. It supplements the Privacy Policy. KSMModel.ai LLC is the parent organization responsible for the app. Vendors processing personal information on our behalf support the requested service.
2. Categories and Purposes
- Identifiers: account email and identifiers, profile information you provide, and hashed IP identifiers used for public-scan abuse prevention.
- Commercial / professional information: organization and website/domain information, consultation and support communications, and subscription/billing records when applicable.
- Internet or network activity: security and operational request logs, user-agent and timing information, and essential authentication/session records.
- Inferences and assessment information: KSM AI Visibility Scores, evidence, findings, recommendations, reports, assessment history, and improvement plans derived from submitted websites and publicly observable signals.
Information is collected from you, your use of the service, publicly accessible assessment sources, and relevant service providers. We use it to deliver the requested assessment, authenticate the requester, maintain account history, support improvement plans, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, administer applicable billing, and comply with legal obligations.
The app does not request sensitive personal information for assessments and is not directed to consumers under 16.
3. No Sale or Cross-Context Sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The app does not currently run advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. No sale or sharing opt-out transaction is required for practices that do not occur.
4. Applicable California Rights
- Access / know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected
- Delete personal information, subject to statutory exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of sale or sharing, if applicable
- Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights
Send rights requests to privacy@ksmmodel.ai. We verify requests proportionately to the sensitivity of the information. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits, and we may verify the consumer directly. Applicable statutory requirements govern acknowledgment and response timing.
5. Essential Storage and Global Privacy Control
Only essential authentication, session management, security and core application technologies are currently used. No non-essential cookies or analytics require enabling, and no cookie-preference control or separate Global Privacy Control detector is present. The app’s no-sale, no-cross-context-sharing and no-optional-tracking practices apply regardless of a Global Privacy Control signal. See the Cookie Policy.
6. Service Providers, Retention and Security
Information may be disclosed to providers supporting hosting, authentication, application storage, AI-assisted features and applicable billing, or where required by law or to protect rights and security. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for its disclosed purpose, active account or engagement, legal compliance, dispute resolution and enforcement. Applicable records are retained for 7 years where required by law. See the Privacy Policy for account deletion and retention information.
We maintain reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim absolute security.
